2. Online registration
The forms on this site are registration requests, not a final contract. After your request the school contacts you, checks your documents, and the course contract is concluded at the office (or by our written confirmation).
You confirm that the data and documents you provide are true, accurate and your own. Invalid documents may lead to the registration being rejected.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are not published on the site; they are given on request and set out in the course contract, including any fees paid directly to the state (e.g. exam / DPSHTRR fees) if not included.
Payment is made at the office on the agreed terms. A tax receipt is issued for every payment.
4. Right of withdrawal
If the contract is concluded at a distance (without you being at the office), as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by telling us by phone, email or in writing.
If, at your request, the course starts within that period and you then withdraw, you pay only for the part of the service provided until then. Other amounts are refunded within 14 days.
5. Lessons, cancellations and changes
Practice lessons are scheduled by the school in agreement with you. If you cannot attend, let us know as early as possible (at least 24 hours before). A lesson missed without notice may count as taken, as set out in the contract.
The school may move a lesson for safety reasons (dangerous weather, a vehicle fault, instructor illness) and offers you another lesson at no cost.
6. Student obligations
- Provide the documents required by law (e.g. ID card, medical certificate) and keep them valid.
- Follow theory and practice according to the programme and the instructor's directions.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects driving, and respect the Road Code.
7. Exams
Theory and practical exams are run by DPSHTRR under its own rules. The school prepares you but cannot guarantee that you pass, nor the dates DPSHTRR sets.
8. Portal account
Your student account is personal. Keep your password secret and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
9. Site content
The texts, images, 3D models, logo and design of the site belong to the school or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Copying for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.
Information on the site is general; the official licence rules are those of DPSHTRR and the legislation in force.
10. Liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
11. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints by phone, email or at the office and we will reply within a reasonable time. As a consumer you may also contact the Consumer Protection Commission.
These terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes not settled by agreement go to the competent court in Tirana, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to go to the court of your place of residence.
